Sheriffs Department Seeks Help in Solving Murder Case

Dec. 8, 2014 (San Diego East County) The Sheriffs Office seeks assistance in solving the murder of 24-year-old Darius Reeves who lost his life on Jul. 1, 2014.

According to the news release his body was found by detectives in an apartment complex in the 9100 block of Kenwood Drive in Spring Valley.

A witness saw to men running away from the scene. The first was described as a black man, 5.8 feet tall and around 135 pounds. He was described of dark complexion and short dread locks. He was described as wearing a black hooded t-shirt, dark pants, white shoes and dark gloves. The witness saw a handgun in his right hand. This was described as a semi automatic, silver in color with a black bottom.

The second suspect was described as a black man in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, and weighing 160 pounds. He was also wearing a black hoodie, had a dark complexion and wore gray pants and white shoes.
