The San Diego National Weather Service has issued a red flag warning from midnight tonight to 3pm Monday for San Diego County inland valleys. The Red Flag Warning has been issued due to strong gusty winds and low humidity. Winds will be 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph, becoming 20-30 mph with gusts to 45 mph Sunday morning into Monday.
