Apocalypse at Kingdom-Con

This game is at the end of the day

April 28, 2017 (San Diego) One popular event at Kingdom-Con is a day long game of Apicalypse for Warhammer 40K. The miniature game was produced by Games Workshop. The idea was, if you have the miniature, field it.

Balance is a nice concept that games of Apocalypse at times lack. However, they do generate funny moments, like a monstrous model like a Stompa (an oral model) killing a knight that in its death throes kills the Stompa.

These games tend to have very large models (which attract fire of course, by the score) along side infantry. One way to think of it is the carnage of World  War One carnage, in the 41st Millenium.
