The latest acreage per Cal-Fire is 2,056 acres with 70 percent containment. Also Otay Lakes Road is now open. This is per Cal Fire Tweet.
And CAL FIRE just updated on the acreage and containment, This is now 70 percent contained.

Slight afternoon update on road closures via Cal Fire
May 21, 2016 (San Diego) The status of the fire as of this morning is that the fire is at 1500 acres with 30 percent containment. Cal-Fire is also stating the following regarding evacuations. While the Pio Pico campground is fine, the evacuation remains in place due to infrastructure damage.
The Red Cross is operating an evacuation center at the Otay Ranch High School in Chula Vista. This is at 1250 Olympic Parkway in Chula Vista. Dulzura remains under warning, though evacuees who chose to leave and decided to come back, were escorted to their homes.

Closures remain and are as follows: Otay Lakes at Wueste Roads, Highway 94 at Honey Springs going east, and 94 at the 188 (Tecate) junction going west.
