Crabtree brings 27 years of DPR experience and deep San Diego roots to lead the company’s $500 million local operations.

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — DPR Construction, a forward-thinking, self-performing builder, announced Carlos Crabtree as San Diego business unit leader. In this role, Crabtree will oversee business operations, support strategic initiatives to enhance project delivery, and work with teams across the region to strengthen customer relationships.

Crabtree brings 27 years of DPR experience and an extensive track record serving San Diego customers and partners. As a project executive, he has led technically challenging work from preconstruction through construction, bringing customers, designers and project teams together while guiding the resources and critical decisions needed for successful delivery. Most recently, Crabtree served as project executive during preconstruction for the redevelopment of UC San Diego Health’s Hillcrest Medical Campus.
